A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of working on a fashion show in DC to help raise money for the National Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Some of DC’s finest and elite were there all for a great cause!  Fashion for a Cure, was organized by my friend Roxana Muzzammel. The show was a success and a great time!

I wanted to post a little more about Roxana and her campaign. Each year, in communities across the country, dynamic, passionate candidates engage in a spirited competition to earn The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Man & Woman of the Year” titles, by raising funds for blood cancer research. Roxana is one of this year’s nominees. Two years ago, her father passed of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Today, she is hoping to raise at least $50,000 to help fund blood cancer research and sponsor a Leukemia research grant in her father’s name. Roxana is in the home stretch with less than two weeks away to reach her goal of $50,000! I am requesting all of you to help her campaign and help fight Leukemia & Lymphoma! For more information please send me a message or better yet, visit Roxana’s page now to donate!
